When one routine ends and we are faced with the unknown, it can help to create a plan for a new routine. Think about what you want to accomplish after this program. Be as specific as possible. **Note, I added multiple spaces in case you want to create several goals OR you’d like to take one over-arching stretch goal and break that down into pieces.**
Stretch Goals: Your broader ambitions and aims. They inspire us to focus on the big picture.
SMART Goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timeline

You may want to start your new goal(s) immediately after the end of the program or give yourself a few months to decompress. Regardless of when you decide to start moving toward your new goals, it will help to visualize your approach.
